chore: veraltete nginx-Kopien und leere Platzhalterdateien entfernen

Diese Aufraeumarbeit war schon einmal erledigt, ging aber verloren: die
Aenderungen aus der ersten Runde wurden spaeter auf den Remote-Stand neu
aufgesetzt, und dabei fiel der Infrastruktur-Commit weg, weil sein
Netzwerk-Teil zugunsten des jagd-network-Ansatzes verworfen wurde.

  von keinem Dockerfile und keiner Compose-Datei verwendet werden. Die
  nachsuche-Variante zeigte noch auf die Ports 5000/5001/5002 — waere sie
  ausgerollt worden, haetten alle API-Aufrufe 502 geliefert. Gueltig ist
  allein portal/extra8002.conf, das portal/Dockerfile einbindet.
