chore: veraltete nginx-Kopien und leere Platzhalterdateien entfernen 

Diese Aufraeumarbeit war schon einmal erledigt, ging aber verloren: die
Aenderungen aus der ersten Runde wurden spaeter auf den Remote-Stand neu
aufgesetzt, und dabei fiel der Infrastruktur-Commit weg, weil sein
Netzwerk-Teil zugunsten des jagd-network-Ansatzes verworfen wurde.

- */nginx/extra8002.conf: drei Kopien der Portal-Routing-Konfiguration, die
  von keinem Dockerfile und keiner Compose-Datei verwendet werden. Die
  nachsuche-Variante zeigte noch auf die Ports 5000/5001/5002 — waere sie
  ausgerollt worden, haetten alle API-Aufrufe 502 geliefert. Gueltig ist
  allein portal/extra8002.conf, das portal/Dockerfile einbindet.
- */node: drei leere Dateien, vermutlich versehentliche Shell-Umleitungen.

Geprueft: kein Dockerfile und keine Compose-Datei referenziert einen Pfad
unter */nginx/; gebaut werden ausschliesslich */frontend/nginx.conf und
portal/extra8002.conf.
